Tokura Misaki from Cardfight!! Vanguard. Unsurprisingly this series is about cardgames (but also magical psychic card powers, yanderes, and infections psychosis). Probably the only well adjusted character in the whole series, Misaki plays cards by calculating probabilities and quite often memorizing the order of all the cards in her deck. It's not a flashy way of playing compared to having magical psychic card powers, but that doesn't matter when she's the one winning. She also grows immensely as a person through the seasons and learns to really care about her team and achieving victory with them, and even manages to turn her traumatic backstory into her own mental strength. And sometimes she tells really horrible jokes. Misaki is really great and I love her a lot as a character.
